Ashley is my pet dog.
She plays with her

She eats a bone.
She has floppy ears.
I love her.

On the weekend my sister, dad, mum,
brother and I went to church. First we
sang songs. Next the children went to
Sunday School and we watched Vege-
tales. Then my cousins, my brother and
I got picked up. Finally we went home.

The Owl and the Lion
One night there was a noise in the bushes.
The owl was old and wise, and was familiar
with many of the night sounds in the forest.
Tonight the sound was different. The owl
went to investigate in the bushes, something
screamed and the owl flew back to his tree but
when he got there he saw (to his horror) a lion
who said “could I eat you?”, the owl replied
“only if you can catch me!”
Then the lion chased after the owl. Next, the
lion smashed into a tree then the tree fell on
the lion and that was the end of the lion. The
End. Ps. A bunny was behind the tree acting
like a zombie. THE END… really.

A Fable - Mercury and Jupiter
One day Jupiter said to Mercury, “Let’s
have a race?” Mercury replied, “Yes, let
it be then”. “We have to go all the way
around the sun”, said Jupiter. “3, 2, 1
start”, said the sun. So they went around
and Mercury won.
The moral: Do not brag because you are
bigger than the other person.

Once there was a troll who lived under a bridge
and when he got hungry he just jumped out from
under the bridge and took his meal and ate it.
And when the sun set he sat on top of the bridge
and watched the sun go down and when it was
midnight he slept on the slippery rocks under the
bridge.

Before Mr Hoppy had a chance to
explain, there was a breaking news
flash on TV. The journalist was
reporting that 140 tortoises were
walking in formation towards the
town. Where had they come from?
At that moment Mr Hoppy put his
face in his hands with embarrassment.
He explained to Mrs Hoppy that he
had put the tortoises in a dump truck
that he filled with lettuce, tomatoes
and celery sticks. The tortoises had
eaten all the food and were hungry, in
search for more. Mr Hoppy feared the
tortoises would want to seek revenge
against him for being discarded in a
dump truck. What were Mr and Mrs
Hoppy to do now?

How Pigs Got Fat
Once upon a time there was a piglet that
had its dad and the dad fed the piglet its
daily food. But one day his dad had to go
to a meeting so the mum had to do the
feeding and she accidentally fed the piglet
too much food. The piglet vomited it all
out but it was still fat because its skin had
stretched.
