It will also see the latter part of the year make way for our new long awaited Sports Pavilion to be finally built
following a somewhat complex set of negotiations with the ACT Government.
In Charnwood, our Early Learning Centre is set to increase its current capacity and the development of a new
downstairs teachers’ common room and the associated redevelopment of the downstairs amenities and toilets,
including setting aside an additional school educational pod for the future development of Years 5 and 6, which are
all currently being finalised for 2016.
So it is with a special thanks to everyone who shares our College journey and enriches the lives of the children God
places in our care, I invite you to read and enjoy the 2015 Annual Report of what it is to be “Well Known, Well Loved
andWell Taught.”
A prayer that has underpinned my entire life is one for Godly Wisdom, “For attaining wisdom and discipline, for
understanding words of insight, for acquiring a disciplined and prudent life, doing what is right and just and fair; for
giving prudence to the simple, knowledge and discretion to the young – let the wise listen and add to their learning, and
let the discerning get guidance……”
So too, as we learn and in turn teach our children, we pray for Godly Wisdom to underpin their lives to enable them
to deal with the things that they will face along the way.
This is what Brindabella has always meant to me and I know my fellow Board Members share this sentiment; all
donating their time so freely to uphold who we are in Christ.
