Festival of Learning
At the end of Term 2, students across the College enjoyed a week of learning that was a little
different from the traditional. Some comments from students in 3R were:
John enjoyed the opportunity to build Medieval castles.
Justin enjoyed the chance to explore puppets, especially the Tuesday when a puppet show was
put on for all the students.
Jemima participated enthusaistically in the music and drum workshop.
Hannah enjoyed playing with money with Mrs Mitchell.
Making and discovering patterns with Mrs Clear was a wonderful opportunity to be creative,
according to Kiara.
The Year 3 and 4 students were also fortunate enough to enjoy a full day workshop with a
Sydney based company that helped them explore all the possibilities of “Claymation”.
