Junior School Social Term 1
It’s Time to Knit!
The Year 3 classrooms were a hive of activity with
a number of parents and grandparents arriving at
school to help the Year 3 and 4 students learn to
knit. Mrs Robinson kindly took on starting up this
learning opportunity and it was great to see how
successfully the young students knit! Thank you to
those parents and grandparents who willingly gave
up their time to teach the young knitters.
Sean W Smith Visit
The Junior Department was very fortunate to welcome back Sean W Smith for another visit
to the school. His ministry to the children is always entertaining and his message is always
thoughtful. During this visit he spoke about bullying and showed the students a short video
that enhanced his message. The song and dance routines were enjoyed by all students and we
are looking forward to a return visit next year.
