Of the 23 students in Year 10 at the end of 2010, 17 chose to stay on to attend Year 11
in 2011, with total enrollments across the school totalling 519. The student average
attendance rate for 2011 was 93%

Academic results are important measures for both our students and our community. It
is equally iimportant to note that the college stresses the three pillars of growth of our
students: academic, sport and music. These form part of our overall WISE framework:
Wisdom, Integrity, Service and Excellence. This is encapsulated in Brindabella’s vision.
Brindabella Christian College students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 participated in NAPLAN Testing
in Literacy and Numeracy across Australia. BCC results were very pleasing and support the
strengthening education program at BCC.

When we look at our Year 9 and Year 10 results in Semester 2 2011 we again see the
rewards of their hard work and the joint efforts of teachers and students. The percentage
of grades attained across all subjects was:
