OurCharnwood Junior School commencedwith10 students inKindergartenandwehad612 students inK-12
at Lyneham. In2015TheCollegewill seek registrationof additional year levels forYears5&6at theCharnwood
Campus.
2014also sawbuildingworksbegin for thenewEuropeanStyleCaféandCanteen, providingawonderful venue for
our senior students to studyand relax inand forourparentsand staff toenjoy in2015.Thisprojectwas facilitated
throughBGA funding.

Professional Learning
All staffareencouraged toenhance their specialistqualifications, skillsandknowledge
through specific trainingandpersonal andprofessional development.During2014, staff
attendedcourses forday todayworkbasedessentials includingfirst aid (all staff). Seminars
andconferenceswerealsoattendedcoveringavast rangeof educational topics.
TheCollegehad3professional learningprogramsaccreditedwith theTeacherQuality
Instiute;“Voice in theWestern, Secular, PostmodernWorld”,“Project-BasedLearning”and
“TheDifferentiatedClassroomandStudentswithaDisability”.
Staffattended the followingProfessional LearningProgramswitheach staffmember
completingaminimumof 20hoursprofessional learninguponwhich they reflected.
A staff retreatwasheld in Julyof 2014bringing staff together andprovidinga time for
refocusingon thehopewepossessasChristians. This reaffirmed thevisionanddirection
of theChristianministryatBrindabella, forbroadeningeducational horizons. Togetherwe
