There ismuch to remember about thisyear; thedevelopmentof thekitchengardenproject and
collaborative learning spaces inYears5and6, thebest everCollegeMusical
sporting successes innetball andmountainbiking,Dukeof Edinburghawards,mid semester
showcasesandcelebrationsof effort andachievement.Wecongratulate theActiveAfter-school
Communities (AASC) team, ledbyMrTerryBaskerville, onbeingawarded thebest creativeentry for
AASC in theACT.
It iswith thankfulness toGod thatwecontinue tohave strongenrolments in2015as thisbeautiful
school continues togrow. In2015 therewill be670childrenenrolled inboth theELCandmain
campusat Lyneham,witha further 113childrenenrolledatCharnwood.Our commitment remains
togrow theCollege in suchaway thatweareable toprovide thebestpossible resourceswithina
structure that enables children tobeknownand loved.Wehold toourdetermination that thiswill
bea school inwhichchildrenexperiencequality learningwithina strongChristian framework; to
buildacommunityofwisdom, integrity, serviceandexcellence inand throughChristianeducation.

• thefirst yearof triple streamingcommencingwithYear 7Classes; and
• thegraduationof our thirdcohortofYear 12Senior Secondary students,with95%of our last
OurCollege’sEducationalMasterPlan is supportedbyourCollegeResourcesMasterPlan.These two
MasterPlans combined, provide for continued improvement ineducational deliveryanddevelopment
forbothour LynehamandCharnwoodcampuses toensure thatweaccommodateandequip students
and staff in thebestwaypossible toachieveour vision.
Toensure thatwehavecontinual educational improvement, theBoardengagedLyngcolnConsulting
to independently review theBoard’soperational structure. LyngcolnConsulting reported to the
Boardonwherewecouldenhance thequalityand implementationof our educational delivery
within theBoardgovernance structure.TheBoardunanimouslyadoptedandhas implemented the
recommendations. Wearenowmoving forward inenhancing theoperational level of ourCollege.
