enrolledundertookTertiaryStudyPackageswith the aimof undertakingUniversity studies after
leaving school. The averageATAR across the cohortwas 78. While 19%of students received an
ATAR above 90, 43%of students received anATAR above 80 and71%of students received an
ATAR above 70. 95%gainedTertiary entrance in2014.
This is a very strong result, placingBrindabellaCollege students in the top achieving schools
across theACT.

FUNDING
Years of faithful prayer anddedicated applicationhas borne fruitwith the announcement of
BCC’s successful application to theBlockGrantAuthority (BGA) for funding tobuild amulti-
purpose SportsHall forBrindabellaChristianCollege. Construction for thismuchneeded
facilitywill commence in late 2014.This result has been long awaited andwill support theCollege
todeliver ahigher quality sports program in this purposebuilt hall. Aswell as the sports hall, the
BGAhas included funding for a cafeteria/canteen thatwill bedesigned to accommodate students
accessinghealthy, cost effective food, SeniorCollege students having aplace tomeet and eat
during release times from lessons, aswell as staff and communitymembers havingopportunity
tomeet for coffee. PraiseGod for thiswonderful outcome for theCollege . While it has been a
longwaitwithmuchprayer andhardwork, theBCELBoard is delighted tomake this important
announcement toourBCC family. Weknow thatGod’s timing is perfect and look forward to this
new constructionnext year.
